The best pet food store I have ever shopped at in my years of having cats & dogs. Clean and neat store, great selection of food and other items and super nice and helpful staff. Couldn’t ask for more.

Ordered online to have conveniently delivered to the hotel I’m staying at and came promptly during the day, and the person who delivered even called me to ensure valet had it brought up to my room and that I received it! Excellent quality product and service. Will continue to buy from here.

Jake's is the local dealer for Fromm dog food which my dog loves. The staff is friendly and very helpful. Jake's often has sales which are also very helpful. I look forward to shopping at Jake's because everyone is so welcoming.

First Time here and what an awesome pet store! Are you looking to shop local than this is the store for you. The staff is absolutely amazing and even carried out the dog food for us. They are so friendly and helpful unlike other stores here. They have every dog food and some I've never heard of before. They have toys, treats and more and more. I will shop here over any other pet store in town for my dogs. You haven't tried this store you need to get down there they do it right.

What an amazing store, I can’t recommend Jake’s enough. They’re so personable, knowledgeable and kind. I have a 10 month old cavapoo who is still figuring out what she likes, the fun giveaways they do keep me coming back and spending money! While none of the things I buy are for me, I so enjoy shopping at Jake’s. The variety is impeccable, there’s something at Jake’s for every dog, no matter how picky.

I've been a loyal customer of this pet store for years. Even after relocating to Miami, I never miss an opportunity to swing by when I'm back in the area visiting friends. Their selection is top-tier, tailored to cater to all pets and their individual needs. What continues to impress me, though, is the unbeatable pricing. They manage to offer rates better than any of the big-name stores like Chewy, PetSmart, and the like. The staff remains a standout for their attentiveness, knowledge, and genuine passion for pets. Given all these factors, it's no wonder I keep coming back, regardless of the distance. Hands down, a five-star experience every time! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Always happy and helpful service. Quality pet food not found at any of the chain stores I've been to in my 65 years of life. There is one other store near me, that sells the same quality food. I drive through their parking lot at least 5x a week, making it much more convenient. However, the cost of the cat food my finicky eaters will eat is approximately 75%more per unit😱 Sooo Whether you're new in town - Or you're a new owner of a cat or dog and you're the super finiky one - Maybe the vet has put your darling is on a special diet I highly recommend Jake's💖🐶🐩🦮🐕🐕‍🦺

Excellent! Wow talk about a great selection of harnesses (and today all you get is the exact same selection of junky harnesses in the chain stores around). What a pleasure to be able to try on xxs harnesses instead of having to order to see if something fits. An ADORABLE selection of really good quality clothing, not the junky prints tees that wash off. The beds, car seats, and selection of carry on bags are fantastic. They have a generous selection of good hard to find brand of food. The staff is extremely friendly and knowledgeable, which is a plus. Did I mention they DELIVER?!?!?!!!!! Ummm my only wish is they open a store closer to Fort Lauderdale!! They have a fantastic selection of raw foods, healthier foods with good varieties such as kangaroo, rabbit for those with allergies, and even tripe. They have an even better selection of chew treats and harder to find food brands. Clean. Clean. And WOW, finally a clean pet food store!!! Prices are good and competitive too. Truly the owner loves what he does and cares about his customers, I am glad we discovered this place and will gladly share with others! Bonus: they give out generous samples!!
